Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are pleased to offer one-on-one and small group AcroYoga classes, along with package plans. We believe our time together is important. Therefore, it's essential to clarify etiquette and expectations regarding cancellations or refunds.

Private Session & Small Group Class

In the event you need to cancel /reschedule your appointment, you can do so easily by contacting us through email at acrorootsstudio@gmail.com. We will be happy to help you with rescheduling or canceling. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, or do not show up for your appointment, unless there is a true emergency*, you will be asked to pay for half of your missed appointment, prior to booking a future appointment.

Pre-Paid Package Plan

In the event you want to cancel your package plan, you can easily do so by contacting us directly through email @acrorootstudio@gmail.com. All package plans have a 30-day return policy minus the sessions already used. After 30-days however, a return can not be accepted. Package Plan sessions do have an expiration date to encourage students to continuously practice and use their sessions up. If you have any more questions on the timelines for packages, reach out to your instructor.

*When your intuition is telling you that you may need to cancel (for whatever reason) well before your appointment time, please give us a heads up. We also understand emergencies happen or sometimes our schedules just get busy. Believe me, we have been there. We are compassionate, however, if it is a recurring situation then we may no longer be the right fit for one another. We hope you understand.
